What does the price include?

For holidays abroad: flights, hotel, transfers and medical insurance. In Azerbaijan: hotel, meals and a guide. Each tour page lists the details.

How long must my passport be valid?

Most countries require at least six months after your return date. We check this when you book.

Are there discounts for children?

Yes, depending on the hotel, for ages 2 to 12. Infants under two usually stay free and only a flight fee applies.

How long does a visa take?

Usually fifteen working days for Schengen, longer in peak season. We recommend applying at least a month before travel.

What if I cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and airline and are written into the contract. Cancel early and most of the amount is refunded.
